No wiring is required for this battery powered Wireless Door Chime Kit. When the push button is pressed it sends a wireless signal to the door chime unit that activates the chime. Mount or take the door chime virtually anywhere in your home.

Up to 165 foot operating range, in the open. Door chime unit operates on two "C" batteries, not included. Two selectable melodies, "Ding-Dong" and "Westminster." Push button includes 2 Lithium batteries. System features 64 selectable radio transmitter frequencies. Unit features flashing LED alert and low battery indicator. Transmission range will be reduced if the signal is transmitted through a number of walls or ceilings.

Note: Metal and UPVC door frames will seriously reduce operating range. Two "C" batteries are required.
