Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx • Delivery within 10-15 days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS • Delivery within 15-25 days after shipment

Please note: Delivery times may vary during holiday seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. We do not currently ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Important Return Guidelines:
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your items
  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and undamaged
  • Original packaging with all tags and accessories must be included
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Incandescent Night Lights and LED Night Lights once they have been removed from their original packaging

Refund Information

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Processing Time:
