The Pre-mounting Plate from SPEX Lighting is a comprehensive installation solution for helping rough in electrical in a new-construction or open joist setting. Constructed of galvanized steel, this 4-1/4 in. round opening pre-mounting plate is used to mount 4 in. fixtures. The plate includes mounting holes and tracks to satisfy any type of installation. Alignment notches on plate to help aligning multiple plates.
- Perfect for open joist ceilings or for new construction
- Can be installed length or width wise depending on where the joists are located
- Increment markers make for perfectly aligned lighting every time
- Includes metal clip to secure SPEX Driver and allow it to be easily accessible from fixture hole
- Includes metal nuts and bolts to allow for competitive drivers to be secured to the mounting plate
